Available from 5x to 100x, these lenses provide long working distances, excellent contrast, and crisp resolution—perfect for backside silicon inspection, IR microscopy, and optoelectronics R&D.

The Mitutoyo 378 Series Objectives have the world’s longest working distance and are infinity corrected. These objectives provide flexible observation at high magnifications and independent correction of chromatic aberration

• Long working distance provides clearance between the lens surface and the workpiece surface in focus for large or awkward workpieces
• The mounting screw threads of objectives are M26 x 36TPI and conform to JIS B-7141-1988
