Return Policy – Macroscopic Solutions

At Macroscopic Solutions, we take pride in delivering professional-grade imaging systems, optics, and software. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return policy for both defective and non-defective products.

Returns for Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will authorize a return for inspection and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the situation and your preference.
Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the item is confirmed defective upon inspection, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.

To begin a return, contact us at support@macroscopicsolutions.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos (if applicable).

Returns for Non-Defective Products

We accept returns of non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain hardware or custom orders.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

To request a return, email support@macroscopicsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Exceptions and Limitations

  • Software licenses and digital downloads are non-refundable once activated or delivered.

  • Custom-built or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Returns must include all original components and a valid proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
