Large systems, long-rail products, granite tables, stands, heavy equipment, and custom configurations may require a freight quote before checkout or fulfillment.
Customers should confirm delivery address type, liftgate needs, loading dock availability, receiving hours, inside delivery requirements, and any institutional receiving procedures before shipment.
Delivery inspection and damage claims
Inspect shipments promptly. Visible damage should be noted with the carrier when possible, photographed before unpacking further, and reported to Macroscopic Solutions quickly with packaging photos and order information.
Do not discard packaging until the shipment has been inspected and any carrier claim instructions are complete.
Returns and cancellations
Unused standard physical products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery when Macroscopic Solutions gives written authorization. Contact Macroscopic Solutions before sending anything back so the return can be matched to the order and packed safely.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds for eligible returns are processed after the returned item has been received. Original shipping, expedited delivery, and return-shipping charges are not refundable unless Macroscopic Solutions agrees otherwise in writing.
Configured systems, custom assemblies, special-order equipment, software licenses, digital products, training, services, and opened or installed items may be non-returnable unless Macroscopic Solutions approves a specific exception in writing. Approved exceptions may require inspection, repackaging, insured shipping, safe return packaging, or a disclosed restocking fee.
These website policies are intended to make purchasing and site use easier to understand. Final written quotes, invoices, manufacturer warranty terms, and software license agreements may include more specific terms.
