Customers are responsible for safe setup, training, supervision, sample handling, electrical safety, mechanical safety, ergonomic use, trip-hazard control, and compliance with institutional lab or field procedures.
Motion rails, rotating stages, lighting, flashes, stands, heavy components, granite tables, optics, cables, and sample fixtures should be used carefully and kept away from children or untrained users.
Scientific and measurement use
Images, focus stacks, photogrammetry models, measurements, scale bars, and visual analyses depend on calibration, sample preparation, optics, lighting, software settings, and operator procedure.
Customers are responsible for validating workflows for research, industrial, legal, diagnostic, educational, publication, or compliance use.
No medical, diagnostic, or regulated-use approval
Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise, Macroscopic Solutions products and services are not sold as medical devices, clinical diagnostic systems, safety-critical systems, or regulated compliance instruments.
