Macroscopic Solutions Support answer
This staff-authored guidance is generalized. Project-specific and private details should be handled through direct support.
First confirm sharp source images, adequate overlap, stable exposure, visible nonrepeating surface detail, and a background or support that is not dominating the match. Remove unusable frames and mask moving or stationary distractions when appropriate. Then review camera groups, calibration, key-point and tie-point limits, and gradual selection. More aggressive settings cannot recover information that was not captured.
