Macroscopic Solutions can coordinate a current W-9, vendor forms, itemized quotations, payment and delivery information, and reasonable product or service documentation through a private purchasing channel. When a buyer requires a sole-source statement, it should describe supported, relevant capabilities and the buyer should apply its own procurement rules. Sole-source status is not automatic and should not be claimed without a factual basis.
